Nutrition plans can be fun when you have the right coach! Your meal plan will include your suggested caloric intake along with a macro breakdown so you have a better grasp on portion control and distribution. However, you will not need to "count", as your plan will include meal options along with snacks for each day! Typical meal plans will include up to 7 days worth of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) and will list the following, where applicable: Foods to eat Foods to avoid Suggested detox and cleanse options Grocery list Recipes How does it work? Schedule your free consult so we can discuss your current health status and go over your future goals. We will review any allergies you may have and we will list your favorite and most hated foods. You may be expected to provide me with a 3-7 day food journal, in which you will have to write down everything you ingest for those days to the best of your knowledge. Don't worry, this is a judgement free zone! I am not going over your journal to see how "horrible" you do... I simply need to know your current habits so that it is clear what needs to change!
