That is why, as your Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, I create meal plans based on YOUR food preferences. Though suggestions may be made regarding healthier alternatives, I will do my best to use your personal tastes and favorite foods to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Being a Nutrition Coach does not mean I am a licensed dietitian or a nutritionist. Using your 7-day food journal as a guide, I simply adjust and improve your diet to ensure you are provided with the necessary portions and proper nutrients. Where substance is lacking, I will provide you with a list of choices to fill the void. My role is to provide you with a comprehensive meal plan, based on your current body statistics and activity level, while accommodating your food choices and any health concerns or allergies. My ultimate goal is to show you how to properly fuel your body using nutritious, whole foods.
