We offer a 24 hour "hold" policy. When you find the product you love and must have, you can contact us to lock the product for you. If you do not purchase the product within 24 hours of initial contact, we may sell the product to another interested party. We love to create custom designs! If you would like a specific stone, please contact us directly to discuss your request. Please note that this requires us to seek out your preferred gems and at times they may not be available. We will then let you know if we cannot locate your materials.
