Service Description

One of my most loved classes... female self defense is not just about palm strikes and groin kicks. This class is about empowerment and learning what you are worth as well as what you are capable of. Females ages 12 and up are welcome to attend this class, which may be held as a one-time seminar or a bundle of sessions. Please contact me directly if you or your facility (schools, churches, corporations) are interested in learning more about this exhilarating class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
