Soo... I started a YouTube channel. It's just a baby YouTube channel right now... but in time it will grow!
I have been creating fitness videos over the past several months and though sharing them on Facebook and Instagram is great, I've decided to add them here as well and create blog posts explaining the sequence!
In this ab workout, I am using a flat bench and a smith machine (you can also use a racked barbell for balance... though i have done this same sequence with no bar at all and it works just the same). I did a set of 10 to 15 reps for each of the exercises shown in the video, and repeated the sequence to muscle failure (about 4 sets). The muscles targeted are mainly the lower abdominals, but it hits the obliques as well!
